Prevention.com Message Boards

I clocked 14,954 steps today. That's 6.84 miles. I did my usual workout this morning - half a mile walk w/ Boojie, 30 minutes aerobic workout, followed by 10 minutes stretching and 60 crunches. No strength workout today. PB smoothie for bf. Went across the river w/ Sharon and Annie. Drove to the ferry and walked to St Charles streetcar, rode to Oak St., walked to store then back to La Madeliene's for lunch. I had the spinach salad w/ salmon. It was good. Also had a glass of mango tea. Yum. Rode streetcar back to Canal St and walked back to ferry. Drove to the second hand store and wandered the aisles for a while. Had leftover ribs and faux potato salad for dinner and string cheese for snack.
