Only 6349 steps/3.8 miles today. But that's all part of takin' it easy, huh? LOL Well, at least I worked out this morning even though I didn't feel like it. I only did 20 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of stretch and crunches.
I made zoodles twice today. Once for lunch w/ mini meatballs and alfredo sauce, then for dinner w/ chicken and mushrooms. Both times delish. Snacked on peanuts and string cheese. Only drank 8 glasses of water.
