Just finished my workout. Walked Boojie a half mile. Aerobics for 30 minutes. Bond's "Shine" album is great for working up a sweat! Another 20 minutes strenth/stretch/crunches.
For the record my S/S/C includes:
Standing:
20 arm curls, 20 reverse arm curls, 20 overhead lifts, 20 lateral rows, 20 side rows (10 each side), 20 squats.
On Floor:
20 arm flys, 20 arm lifts, 60 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, 60 reverse leg lifts, 40 hip lifts
And various stretches to include all major muscle groups especially back, hips and butt.
